My mission is to help magical creatives and neurodivergents like you to unlearn perfectionism, release their cringe, and unlock their unique expression, so they can tell their story, make their stuff, and change the world for the better. *:·ﾟ✧

I’m a best-selling author and holistic creativity coach. That means I teach meditation, read tarot, study art therapy, and guide people over/around creative hurdles through 1:1 work. You’ll usually find me writing (former journalist here), advocating for neurodiversity, having deep convos with clients, and making therapeutic art. In other words, I’ve found a way to be my weirdest self for a living.

I believe that creating a life you love is possible—no matter your “bad” habits or barriers. I support people to find their voice, enact solutions, and most of all, to PLAY. 🌈 All by dropping high expectations and perfectionist tendencies——and taking scrappy (small and crappy) steps towards big dreams instead.
